Are there charges for doing this?

It depends, as there are a number of connection options available. For integrated connections, which load data between Tradex and your back office system without manual intervention, there is an initial set up charge and an annual charge, related to the number of transactions exchanged.

However, low volume users can receive or key in their invoices for free, by using the online Tradex Active connection.

Can I can send a PDF (or other image) of my document?

No. Tradex connections ensure receivers can import your documents directly into their accounts system, which requires a data file (such as XML, CSV and Flat File). Tradex Active users key details on line using a template.

What if I can't produce a data output?

In this case Tradex Active (where you key invoices into an on-line template) would probably be your best option, though we would encourage you to discuss your situation with us, as we may be able to help you establish a connection.

Can I add lots of trading partners?

Yes. You can exchange electronic documents with all your trading partners with a single Tradex connection, regardless of the format they use.
